Somewhere along the line of my 35th birthday, I came across this understanding that in my own modest way, I have accomplished some knowledge I can share with others. It took me a but I’m doing it. I have cleared my thoughts and am willing to share them with my insights.

I’m Lala my heart for this blog since it’s my firstborn nickname and she marks the big change it my life, the moment my path was clear and everything made more sense.

My kids taught me that I don’t have to choose I’m a city girl I’m a beach Girl and I’m also a nature girl. I have found the perfect Synergy to combine all those three aspects of my life into me. I love going to the beach, I love going to camping and having my bare feet touch the ground. I also love that expensive designer bag that makes my outfit complete or a nice fancy dinner out.
